The fall 2005 Client Updater is used to update the PLATOŽ Interactive Mathematics v10.0 client or the PLATOŽ Interactive English v9.0 client to the latest client version (11.0). If you are trying to update an earlier version of the client you will need to use the Client Installer CD.
Updating your client using this updater replaces or copies only files required for the new 11.0 client. As a result, the update will take only a fraction of the time usually required for full client installation. However, in order to take the best advantage of the updater, you should have your client installer CD in the CD drive while the update is in progress. The updater will use files from the CD. If you do not have the CD available, the updater will get the files from the Internet.
Requirements to Run the 11.0 Client Update
The 10.0 client is installed on the machine.
All anti-virus programs and internet filters have been disabled. (Only necessary during installation process.)
If you have the 11.0 Client Installer CD in your CD drive, you have clicked Exit at the installer splash screen.

Fall 2005 Client Update
Note: In order to use the newest content, Quicktime 6 is required. If you do not have Quicktime 6 installed on your workstation, the updater will launch the Quicktime 6 installer and install it for you, without any user intervention.
